1. When Will My Order Be Shipped Out After Payment
All of your orders made on Easehold official online store will be processed within 3 business days (except pre-orders).
2. How Do I Track the Delivery of My Order?
After orders are shipped out, Easehold will send you an email with the Tracking No. and Tracking Link. You can copy and paste the tracking number on 17TRACK to follow your package’s journey to you.
3. Can I Cancel My Order?
Generally, orders have been shipped out cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel the order(s) that has/have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
If you want to cancel the order(s) that has/have not been dispatched, please submit a request to our support team.
4. Can I Change the Shipping Address for My Order?
We will be happy to change the shipping address for your unshipped order! Please email our support team by email. Provide with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes before your order has been packed.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we are unable to make any change.
5. How to Return & Refund Easehold Products?
Easehold provides a 1-year warranty and 30-day return & refund for Easehold products.
For detail return & refund terms, please refer to Warranty Policy, which only applies to the orders placed on the Easehold website.
If the product you received meets the return & refund terms, please follow the steps below to proceed.
Step 1. Contact Easehold for request and authorization.
Please submit a request to our support team with the below information:
Step 2. Get the return address and RMA Number from Easehold.
The Easehold support team will offer you a designated address and the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Step 3. Prepare your package for return.
Carefully pack all products and accessories in the original packaging, insert all paperwork that was included during the request of return, and attach your RMA# to the package.
Step 4. Ship your package and update the tracking information.
After you shipped out the package, please update the tracking number and tracking link.
Step 5. Get a refund after the package is received.
The Easehold support team will proceed with the refund after the package is received. Returns will take approximately 5 working days.
Note: If your order was placed on other sales platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Indiegogo, etc., please contact the Easehold support team for help.
6. Something Is Wrong with My Product, What Should I Do?
We’re sorry that you have an issue with the product you received. Any products that are faulty or damaged are covered under the 1-year returns policy. If an item is faulty/damaged or missing, please take several photos of the product you received from different viewing angles, and please submit a request to our support team.
7. How to Apply a Discount Code?
Once you’ve added your products to your cart, click the cart symbol at the top right of the website and choose View Cart.
Click Have a Promotional Code on the left below the cart details and enter your discount code in the box.
Click Apply Coupon and the discount should be deducted from your total, you can then go onto the checkout to complete your order.
- You can use only one coupon code for each order.
- Coupon codes are not valid for items that are on sale.
8. Will My Package Be Charged Customs?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to know whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on product value.
These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Easehold is NOT responsible for any tariff or customs fee, duty, tax, or brokerage fee (if needed). These fees are the recipients’ responsibility.
9. Delivery and Returns Delays
It is our priority to deliver your goods promptly, however, a third party is involved in the delivery and they may not always be as helpful as we would like.
Your order will be dispatched within 3 business days (except pre-orders) after receipt. When there are stock shortages or other issues that might cause a delivery delay, we will keep you informed. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, it may encounter delays during its journey to you.
